Loyal dog fetches police to help owner who fell at Kansas home
Police in Leawood, Kansas, released bodycam footage of a dog leading an officer to its owner, who had fallen and was unable to get up for more than three hours.

A Kansas dog is being hailed by police as a "loyal companion" after it sought help for its owner who had fallen and was unable to get up.
The Leawood Police Department released bodycam footage showing an officer first encountering the dog in the middle of the road while patrolling a residential neighborhood.
"The officer noticed the dog was on a leash, but there was no owner in sight," police said.
Video showed the dog barking at the officer. The officer replied to the dog, "Hi, why don’t you go on back home?"
